Discover the expressive possibilities of clay through the creation of a handbuilt sculptural vase. In this workshop, we will focus on form, texture, and composition, exploring clay as a medium for artistic expression. Through handbuilding techniques, you will develop a unique piece that reflects your personal aesthetic while gaining an understanding of volume, balance, and three-dimensional design.<\/p>\n

The inside of each vase will be finished with a transparent glaze, making it functional for flowers and water. The exterior can be left raw and natural, enriched with textures, or decorated with colored slips and patterns to create a distinctive surface. A curated collection of examples and references will be available throughout the session, and step-by-step guidance will be provided to help bring your ideas to life.<\/p>\n

This workshop welcomes both beginners and experienced makers who wish to explore the intersection of ceramics, sculpture, and design and\u00a0does not require any prior experience. You can join whether you want to relax, enjoy with moment, get into the flow and develop your pottery skills.<\/p>\n

All materials are provided by the studio. Once completed, your ceramic pieces will be left to dry before being fired in the kiln. They will be ready for collection approximately two weeks after the workshop.<\/p>\n

Since functional pieces are fired above 1240\u00b0C, they are dishwasher-safe. All glazes are food-safe.<\/p>\n

ABOUT ME<\/p>\n

I studied Ceramics and Glass Design for four years and graduated top of my class. With my Fine Arts degree and 7 years of experience, I\u2019m excited to meet those interested in ceramics. I participated in the exhibitions and competitions. I continued producing by taking both corporate and individual orders.<\/p>\n

In 2025, I moved to Germany and founded Homespun Ceramic, where I create my own designs.
