CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract offered to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchased.

Shipping fees, which are the cost of product shipment, will be paid by the buyers. For purchases over 250 Turkish Liras, the shipping fee will be covered by our company.

Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer at the address shown, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 14 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, along with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days from the date of learning of this situation. Within 21 days, the total price must be refunded to the Buyer.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay the purchase price of the product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.

SHOPPING MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used for payment by the buyer has been used unjustly by unauthorized persons, and if the selling price of the product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days with shipping costs borne by the SELLER.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITH UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

If unforeseeable force majeure events occur that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if payment is made in cash, the amount will be refunded to them in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment is made by credit card and canceled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take the bank 2-3 weeks to transfer it to the Buyer’s account.

THE BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The Buyer will inspect the goods/services before receiving them; will not accept damaged and defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, torn packaging from the cargo company. The delivered goods/services will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER must keep the delivered goods/services carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the goods/service should not be used. An invoice must be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The BUYER may use the right of withdrawal from the contract, without any legal and penal liability and without giving any reason, by notifying the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themself or the person/organization at the address specified by themself.
